[1969] Low Mileage 69 on E-bay

The VIN number listed in the Q/A section of the ad makes no sense. Also, in looking at the pictures listed, some things look kind of rough for a $12,000 car. The driver's side arm rest is missing, the weather stripping in the engine compartment looks chewed up, there are a few dings, and what is that stuff all over the front floor?
This may be one of those situtations where low mileage does not necessarily mean great condition. Nice car though, just not worth 12k.
