[1969] Update on '69s 2494 and 5562

I saw Ben Mozzetti's #2494 '69 Monza Coupe yesterday (140 4 speed, Olympic Gold, Black Interior). He'll soon be 89 and is very motivated to sell it and his other Corvairs. It's stored in an open shed but appears to have a very good body and Ben says it will run. It needs a lot of work but the price will be very low. It has aftermarket aluminum wheels, three extra gauges above the radio and a few mysterious switches mounted below the instrument cluster and appears complete except for the AIR system. He also has 5562, a 500 coupe (Glacier Blue, Blue interior 95 4 speed) but it's at his Salton Sea home and I haven't seen it. Again, the price will be very reasonable. 2404 is at his house in Bethel Island, Calif. near Stockton, where he also has a 62 A/C Monza Coupe, two Rampsides (a 61 & 62), a 61 Loadside, 63 Spyder coupe, 64 700 sedan, a homebuilt sand rail with late rear suspension (VW in front) and several other Vairs.
