[1969] Explain this!

All,

A trusted friend reported to me some time back of a ‘69 that he had verified but “wasn’t“ on the roster. Or is it? Here’s the VERIFIED numbers on the car:

WRN# 105365
09A A build date
71 paint
700 interior
95 ‘glide
owner’s phone # (I have it but am not going to put it on the net)

BUT here’s the problem. The roster identifies the following car:

VIN# 105679W700333
WRN# 110220
09A A build
10 paint
701 interior
140 ‘glide
owner: Wilbur McCoy, Toledo, Oh

Now somebody please explain that!
