[1969] 69 Request for help

Hello all 69rs,
     I have started working on my 69 Convertible,,, after owning it for 
over 16 years,,,, long story.... I will provide the story and photos as 
I proceed with the restoration project...

     While removing the rear seat, I found the attached build sheet. I 
am looking for help to decipher what it is telling me. I believe the 
copy is adequate for you to see the codes. However I am including them 
below.

Broadcast ~ Seq 292, Mo 02, Day 17,  Style~ 10567, PLT.OPT 16~ WRN, Body 
Number~ 250116, V78~ Blank, Trim~ SPCL-Blank, Trim Comb 701, 
Exter.Paint~ LWR - 40, Top Upr- B,  AC'T - Blank, PP~ 4,Type~ Blank

*Second Line**
*1~A01, 2~A02, 3~C06, 4~D34, 5~?35

All other areas are blank

I am also looking for (4) Stainless Steel 'Buttons' used on the inner 
door panel.
