[1969] Correct Stock Part Identification

There is no "correct" cigarette lighter for a '69.  They used whatever was
available.  My '69 had a different cigarette lighter than my brother's '69
-- both cars were purchased new, mine was special ordered and his was
bought off the dealer's lot.
