See if you can feel the holes by pushing on the headliner. They are self
tapping screw's used so the metal protrudes out were you can feel them.

Hello,

I recently had a new headliner installed in my ?69 project car.
Unfortunately, I didn?t think and forgot to have the installer mark the
holes for the shoulder strap mounting bolts, the shoulder strap retaining
clips, and the coat hooks. Big oversight!

It would be a great help if someone could send me pictures and measurements
of their installed hardware.
