$99 is not out of line for any hotel especially with amenities.
Are you saying breakfast is included? The Four clubs did a Rochester event
that included a Buffet style breakfast and it went over super!

I have dealt with hotels that will not even let you bring in a pizza from
outside but make you buy from them, and they in turn order it out and sell
it to you for around $45 a sheet including tax and gratuity...........they
will let you serve beer????? Better sign them quick before they change
their mind............

Corvair people are ....."frugal", but given the difference of only $20, and
free breakfast etc.........go for it!

I need a little advice - our club is planning for next year's Virginia 
Vair Fair, an event similar to many statewide/regional events many of 
us hold every year.

Given our proximity to Washington, DC, the hotels around here are *not* 
cheap.  However, it's usually possible to find a fairly nice place.  
Right now we are debating over having it at a very nice hotel that will 
give us pretty much everything we want - dedicated parking lot, a 
*real* breakfast included, hospitality room that we can have beer (from 
a local brewery) and pizza in on Friday, good size indoor 
vending/meeting space, freshly done nice rooms, free internet, etc.  
The only downside is the room rate is $99.  I believe we could get an 
ok place without the goodies for about $79.

So, what do ya'll think?  Thanks for any feedback.
