<CORSA Chapters> Chapter Report -- reminder

All,

this is a reminder to myself as well as all other CORSA contacts.   -- i 
know i keep forgetting  so this is to remind me to finish too.

In the July Communique is a notice for filing the Annual Chapter reports.
For those listed as the contact,  it is simply a matter of going to the 
members area
    1) visit www.corvair.org
    2) select Membership center
    3)  log in using your userid and password
    4)  the chapter report will be part of your "account" list  select it.
    5) a list of chapter members appears -- based on the last chapter 
report,  which i think is now 2 years old.
        the list is in alphabetical (A-Z)  order last name then first

    6)  to remove old members who have left your chapter,  use the delete 
button
    7)  To correect a  nonCORSA members addresses or other information use 
the edit button
            note:  CORSA members addresses and information is maintained by 
CORSA.
    8)  to add a member
        a)  Click add member first
        b)  Use the filter to reduce the number of names to someting 
similiar
        c)  if the member is in the list --  click insert -- 
        d)  if the member is not,  select Add new (at the bottom)  and enter 
the information, and then hit insert

    9)  Remember to click Edit Chapter Details
        this is where the officer information, email address ,  and other 
chapter information is updated.

    10)  for those who need to remit the $20 filing and benefits fee,   it 
may be done online by clicking "add filing fee to cart"  or have your 
treasurer remit a check to CORSA at the CORSA PO box 607   lemont IL  60439
