<CORSA Chapters> Membership, dues and such

Hi--

Okay, let's try this: In addition to sending him a bunch of Communiques, 
we'll send him a sample Corvair Basics book too and member apps with the 
free Basics book offer.

He can show them the Communiques and distribute them to potential members. 
They can also see the value of the Corvair Basics book. (Steve, do you want 
a sample Basics book to promote CORSA? Any other shop owners?)

If they're 'net people, they can join online too!
