I'm not sure who is represented, there's isn't a direct link between  
the Chapters DB and the e-mail list.  Harry Jensen approves the  
contacts to the list, he may have be able to answer, but I believe  
he's on vacation until next week.  I'm pretty sure that not all the  
chapters have a representative at this point, although it should be a  
majority.

You can help by telling Chapter contacts to go to http://www.vv.corvair.org/mailman/listinfo/chapters 
  and request a subscription.
