Hi J.B.,

Thank you for the note; in theory you could conceivably have interesting membership classes with each scope separate in function. However, for this to be achieved it would require a majority of the board to vote in favor of the varying memberships. 

I trust that any business conducted by the BoD would be in the best interest of CORSA and its membership. Each Director is voted upon by the division
/region they represent.  Any motion that comes forward to the board can be tabled for further discussion by any two board members.  

As a final note - without restructuring the By-Laws we (CORSA) are unable to transition into the projected web-based future and will not provide or remain viable as a club to the younger vital generations to come.

Could this grow into an unmanagable assortment of membership types? 
Would we have a class of membership for people who want the paper
Communique on even numbered months and a PDF file e-mailed on odd
numbered months except July when they would download it from the website
and February when it would be mailed but printed on ordinary paper...
