<CORSA Chapters> Update - posting attachments

Hi folks,

The newest version of the list software - Mailman - supports caching  
attachments, that's what I was testing.  In short, if you post  
something with an attachment, the server will store it and add a  
section to your message like this:

Since the list archives are private, the attachment URL will only work  
for subscribers.  If you've forgotten your password, you can go to the  
list info page and have the server mail it to you:

http://www.vv.corvair.org/mailman/listinfo/chapters

Final note - *please* don't start mailing batches of 50 photos or  
videos to the list.  This is intended for club flyers and such.  If  
you have a 30 minute video of your club's latest event, that's great,  
but please upload it to YouTube or similar place and post the URL.
