<CORSA Chapters> (Rescued) FW: Combining Chapter and National membership fees; shared databases

I talked with our treasurer and the other officers this weekend and we  
all agreed that if CORSA implemented this proposal,
the North Cascades Corvair club would elect to "OPT OUT".
