There seems to be plenty of confusion on the motion for the Donna Mae award.
Here's my attempt to clarify this motion.

 

There would be no additional awards to hand out at the banquet.

 

This motion simply renames the first place awards for the IS classes (not
including the IS class for FC's) for Donna Mae.

 

This motion also renames the first place awards for the ladies classes for
Donna Mae.

 

This motion also requires a small 1/2" x 2" label to be added to the trophy
or plaque for these awards. The label will say "Donna Mae Mims Award" or
something similar and have a pink background.

 

That's it....

Is everyone against this motion?
