A better solution is a push notification with a link.  That way the  
person can download it when they like (you're not going to read it on  
a Blackberry, and maybe also not using a cell connection), but they  
get a reminder it's there.  E-mailing out a few hundred or thousand  
big attachments really isn't a good idea.
