May not be as well written as my Communique column.  only proofed it a 
couple of times vs 5 or 6

for those with limited space -- it is still the big summer season -- As a 
fellow editor, i try to think of options that doesn't greatly affect the 
column
option1    the first 4 paragraphs could be used by themselves.
option 2   the first 4 and the last (7th) paragraph.
option 3   just the first 2 paragraphs
option 4   the first 2 paragraphs and the 4th paragraph.

ok  -- enough options.  Use, or not,  as it serves your newsletter needs.
