Good morning All, The CORSA website has been updated and has had the “look” of the site changed, especially the home page. The site was turned back on last night and can be viewed again.

One important note to CORSA members and registered users is that the login boxes are now at the top left on the home page with the Search, Register or join, User Center and Help tabs on the top right.

You will also notice the scrolling billboard now has teaser text embedded in the pictures. Click on the item on the right and the billboard on the left will slide to that picture and article. Click on the BOLD article title above the text on the scrolling billboard and you will be sent directly to the full story.

The scrolling billboard is going to be used as always to alert members and non-members of important news from CORSA and the corvair community. It is also going to be used to display pictures and stories from CORSA chapters around the globe. This program will mimic the “Chapter Happenings” section that was once part of the Communique. It will give chapters a chance to highlight their chapter sponsored events to an international audience and may also encourage visitors to the CORSA site to seek out a nearby chapter.

In my continued commitment to help CORSA I have asked and been given permission by the CORSA board to post the stories for this project. Please feel free to send me appropriate pictures and stories of your chapter events and I will post them on the site. I can’t promise everything will be posted, but my goal is to post at least one new article a week and more as they become available.

Please visit the CORSA site at www.corvair.org and familiarize yourself with the new look and feel. There are many more new changes to view and as always development will continue on the site to add new things and improve on others.

Also please remember none of this would be possible without all the hard working volunteers that make the site work, especially Curtis Henken, Harry Jensen and Bryan Blackwell.

Thanks and have a great week!
