This last meeting, I gave 2 $1 raffle tickets to each of the two first time
to a meeting newcomers. It was sort of a welcome gift. One of them got a HF
flashlight. I plan to give a couple of tickets to every newcomer in the
future.

I thought this was a neat idea, great way to have some extra handouts for
your next event.  Maybe if you had enough, you could also do it as a
registration handout - goodie bag plus one item from the bin.
