This is the regular posting of the guidelines for using the CORSA Chapter
Contacts e-mail list. If you have comments on this list, please
mailto:chapters-help at corvair.org.

- This is the CORSA Chapters list, topics should be directly relevant to
Corvair club matters, or at least about car club issues in general. In
particular:
        - No politics, unless they have *explicit* club content.
        - Likewise, no religion.
        - And, no profanity. Language and "jokes" should be suitable
for reading by any member of the household.
- No flame wars. If you have something rude to send, please keep it
         off the list.
- Sign messages with your real name. The use of e-mail names is
acceptible on the list but should not be used solely
instead of your real name nor to conceal identity.
- Include the name and location of the Chapter with which you are
affiliated, either in your message or in your signature.
- If you know of a chapter that isn't on the list, please let us know,
		mailto:chapters-help at corvair.org.
- Limit signature files to six lines or less.
- Try to make the Subject line fit the post, especially for replies.
- When responding to posts, edit out irrelevant material.
- Conversely, include enough so that your reply makes sense.
- If you've asked a specific question, please follow up and let us
know what the solution(s) turned out to be.
- Don't post pictures or other attachments to the list. Put them on
a web server and post the URL. If you need space for your
         chapter, see http://www.corvair.org/chapters.
- Avoid "me too" posts.
- No urban myths or virus hoaxes, please. If you haven't personally
verified it, assume it's a myth or a hoax.
- Use all caps only for emphasis.
- If you just cannot resist posting something not directly related to
Corvair club matters, please consider posting instead to
        - Virtual Vairs, for general Corvair-related matters
             http://www.vv.corvair.org
        - Fastvair, for Corvair high-performance matters,
             http://groups.yahoo.com/group/FastVair/

- Please turn off "Return Receipt" for mail you post to the list.
- Finally, only post messages that are of interest to a large portion
of the list. If your message is generally only meant for a few
individuals, please send it only to them.
