Hi All
Here is the evening schedule for Wednesday June 24 (I assume they are in
the same room):

*Corvair Preservation Foundation Meeting_                  _  5:30 pm—6:00 pm

Chapter Editors, Webmasters, & Officers Meeting_  __  _6:15pm—6:45pm

CORSA Annual Meeting_                                              _  6:45pm—7:30pm

Corvanatics Group Meeting_                                      _    7:30 pm—9:00 pm

Virtual Vairs Group Meeting_                                      _    9:00 pm—10:30 pm*

We can stretch the 30 minutes a bit, the CPF meeting is scheduled to end
at 6 and our meeting to start at 6:15. So that does give a 15 minute
time to set up, and meet and greet as people come in.

One of the things we covered at Tacoma and Branson (newsletter editors
and webmasters) were how to share information. Using the Chapters forum
seemed to be the best way to share flyers and newsletters. We also
discussed having a password protected online graphics library, which
could be shared by editors and webmasters. Bryan is working on the
library currently and it may be in place prior to the convention. If you
have good quality graphics, such as chapter logos, please bring them on
a jump drive. If you lifted the graphic off a website, copied it from a
newsletter pdf, or scanned it from a hard copy newsletter, it is
_probably_ not a high quality graphics. (There may be exceptions.)

We also discussed page layout software, the three most prevalent were
Word (or generic equivalent), Microsoft Publisher and Adobe Creative
Suite (Indesign, Photoshop and Illustrator). With the shortage of time
we probably should not get into this during the meeting. The Chapters
forum would be a much better place to discuss it.

If there are any topics you would like see covered at the meeting please
feel free to post them here.
