<CORSA Chapters> CORSA CHAPTER CERTIFICATES

I asked Mike Dawson, founding member of HACOA, he does not remember 
seeing one back in the day. I checked all the original CORSA literature 
and found no mention of "CORSA Chapter Certificates".
