<CORSA Chapters> Chapter plan updates and newsletter distributions

Hi folks,

Hopefully you've seen the articles in the Communique about Chapter Plan changes.  The Chapter Plan, like most of our policies, has been around for a while and seen a number of updates.  I just want to cover the newsletter part, since many of you are editors and there've been some changes recently.  Here are the main requirements of the policy:

 - Share your newsletter with CORSA
 - For the Tony Fiore newsletter award, judges need at least three newsletters
 - Share with surrounding clubs

Since so many clubs share most or all of their newsletters electronically, we updated the policy to have blanket change to include electronic delivery.  To that end, you can satisfy the first two (sharing with CORSA and the Fiore award) by including newsletters at corvair.org on your distribution, it goes to both the judges and the Communique editor.  For the 'share with surrounding clubs', it's pretty vague.  You can just include your neighbors on your distro, or you can mail them to this list, chapters at corvair.org.
