The March newsletter is attached.

The next meeting will be Tuesday, March 21, at the Beijing of Greenbelt
restaurant, in Greenbelt, MD.  We'll meet at 7 for dinner and then have a
regular meeting.

Let me know if you plan to come so I can give the restaurant a call and
have them set up for us.
