Hi All,

Another reminder from your CORSA VP and 2026 election chair to let your
chapters know that we have one division director position available in
East, Central & West for this election cycle.

Nominations are currently being accepted with the deadline being *15 Aug*.
Please let your chapter members know that if they want to represent your
area of the country, this is a great way to do it!

Like what CORSA is doing and want to pitch in to keep momentum going? Great!

Don't like what CORSA is doing and want to come in with some fresh ideas
and action plans to make the org better? Also great!

On a personal note, when I submitted my nomination in 2020, part of what
drove me to do it was that I felt at the time that the western division
wasn't equally profiled like the two other divisions. Working with other
directors, I have really made the push to give more exposure to chapters
and to CORSA members and Corvair owners through various print and digital
media.

Some changes took a lot of time. Some were met with opposition. Some are
ongoing. Much like just about everything, there are no "lightswitch"
solutions, but progress is progress.

If you care about the future of the org and want to volunteer a little time
to carry the torch, drop me a line with your nomination or with any
questions you have.
