Happy New Year! I don't actually do a newsletter, but I've read a few :-) One thought - if you have the actual Publisher app (rather than an O365 version) it should still work while you find an alternative. One answer might be to use Word, I know a few newsletter editors do and it's at least ok. One advantage is that I'd expect there's a direct conversion built in to one of them to either export or import. It's worth noting that you're not the only one asking, I did a search for 'Publisher replacement' that turned up quite a few threads out there on the subject. Depending on your layout and tools need, I did notice a couple of programs got repeat mentions - LibreOffice Draw and Canva. I've used a couple other apps in the LibreOffice suite and they're decent. Can't speak to Canva, but there is a free version so you can test drive it without any cost.
