CORSA 2012: "Convention Clambake"

Ray,

I know there is going to be a clam bake at the convention.  Hosever, it will have to be hosted by the hotel itself.  They do have experience in putting on one.

We will not be able to bring an outside company in.  It wiuld be like going to Olive Garden for dinner and bringing in Out Back to eat.

Ray 'B' here. I know you thought the idea of an old fashioned New England Clambake sounded good and we could hold it lakeside, right on The Sturbridge Host Hotel property. This Company, (New England Clambakes Company), looks to be a good option. Another option is a Traveling BBQ Company instead of the Clam Bake although the Clam Bake is more of a New England tradition.
