Subject; raffle car.

Things to consider.

1. Who's going to take responsibility for this?
2. Will there be a committee?
3. Since I will be asked to write a check to buy the car and pay for
restoration, etc., I will need board approval for the expenses.
4. In light of other pre-convention expenses, we may not have money to run
future track events if we buy a car.
5. Do we really want to deplete our treasury $5,000, $10,000, or whatever?
6. We will need raffle license from MA.
7. What were profits from other raffle cars?
8. There is RISK in doing this.

On the other hand, if the car were to be donated..
