The next convention planning meeting will take place at the Sturbridge
Host Hotel at 11AM. I will be meeting with the hotel manager on Friday
to be sure I have the latest status and hotel requirements.  I cannot
stress how important this meeting is to our success.  We will be a year
away from the convention and time will fly by.  We still have many
issues to settle and many require coordination between members of our
task force.

 

Please do all you can to attend.  Let me know if you will be able to be
there.
