CORSA 2012: NECC: Irene (UNCLASSIFIED)

Thankfully no problems other than power went out 3 am Sunday, came on
briefly and then went out at 8:02 am. Power restored before 6:30 am Monday.
The generator that I bought year ago in March worked well, ran all night
without a problem.  Not a drop of water in the basement or garage.
 
Sunday, walked to downtown Ho-Ho-Kus and took pictures of the Ho-Ho-Kus
brook flooding the business area.  If all the water cannot go under that
tiny little bridge, it has to go somewhere. All gone by 5 pm. The ever green
artificial turf football field at Ridgewood High School was flooded by at
least 4 feet.
