CORSA 2012: CORSA 2012 Convention:

We could put you in with the vendors in the very big exhibit hall all during the convention and then you could if you wanted move out side on Saturday for the car show.  No charge for the vendor area.  How much space would you need?  Also would really like to have the presentation.  How much time?  Any AV needs?

OK a Fitch Sprint too.

During the convention show day, does CORSA setup a booth either outside or in the hotel?  The reason I ask is like to sell Fitch’es at the show.  

At the 2009 event, actually gave a presentation.  Could do the same thing along with Pete and Matt Boyd who better understands how these are developed and is local too.

I need to hear from our convention booklet guy about a deadline.  The first of April is OK for 
the flyer to go into registration packages.  The Phoenix model is super.  How abot doanting a Sprint model?  P.S. I done a lot of work n the Phoenix.  Had it at my house a couple of times.  Once for more than three months.

When do you need the artwork for the advertisement and the flyer by?

I am working with Pete for access to the Fitch Sprint in Saratoga.  The others on this email are:

-          Jay Mueller is responsible for graphics and web

Ad space was ½ page plus the flyer.  For the Denver convention, I just shipped the artwork to Denver and they printed it with the rest of the printing.

Do you want me to send one of the Fitch Phoenix so you can see the quality.  Of course you’ll have to hold on to it until the convention as it will be the donated car for the event.  If so, please send me an address.

I’ve worked with Pete Koehler of CPA plus he works at the shop where my Lotus is currently dismantled.

Hello Brian, Ray and Tom,

My company produced the Fitch Phoenix model - http://www.diecasm.com/servlet/the-5623/Fitch-Phoenix-John-Fitch/Detail which was first previewed CORSA in Cedar Rapids.  Then for Denver we donated a Fitch Phoenix for the event.  We worked with Pete Koehler and Dave Newell on this project.

In both instances it was in exchange for being able to insert a flyer into each registrant’s packet and for ad space in the program.

For 2012, the Fitch Sprint model was announced.  John Fitch has already signed the Insert Cards for the 66 Tribute Pieces and endorsed the project.  Working again with Pete on the Sprint project too.  Info about the Sprint is at http://www.diecasm.com/servlet/the-Marque-%7C-Brand-cln-Fitch/Categories. 

My question is should we attempt to accelerate development in time to coincide with this year’s meet?
