Folks,
	We need a schedule of meetings and on-site visits so the
convention work force knows when we will be getting together. Here's the
schedule.

1. 26 Feb 2011-All Hands meeting at the same location as the last
meeting.  (Ron  Manwaring--Pls re-publish directions.)

2. June 2011-On-site visit to pick out locations of events.  All are
welcome but it is important that those with responsibilities for events
requiring space allocation attend.

3. CORSA 2011 Convention. Looking for NECC convention people who will
attend to help man our publicity booth.

3. Sept 2011-- All Hands meeting

4. Jan 2012-- All Hands meeting

5. Apr 2012-- On-site visit to finalize locations of events
