CORSA 2012: More report

Brian:

Additional things regarding Concours:

1. We judged about 42 vehicles using only two crews (one for Earlies and one for Lates). We'll likely have over 50 vehicles. If we had four (4) crews it would be much better. I think we need investigate recruiting more judges from the local clubs.

2. For Plan B for weather, maybe consider leaving part of the Exhibit Hall (if we have it) for inside Concours (even if drive through).

Once posting started seems to go OK. Posters had suggestions and volunteered to work with us next year. Situation developing. More after finish of concours and posting of data.

A "runner" will bring the composite score sheets to the tabulator so the scoring is done as the Concours proceeds rather than later. The forms will be initialled and the judge(s) will be right there so if a question occurs it can be resolved quickly.
