CORSA 2012: PUBLIC concours

Hello all,

     I'm with Bob Marlow on this one.  I've been advocating show that 
are seen by the public for years.  We CORSA members all know what 
Corvairs look like and what they are about.

     If we could,  I'd say line cars out on the main drag for everyone 
to see.  If we can get a parking area in full view of the street we 
should have some cars out there to bring in the public.  Maybe that's 
where some of the wash and show cars should be.  I'll volunteer mine!  
We can could have a banner inviting the public in, hang it from my 
Greenbrier.

     I think Saturday is the best day for the Concours and 'Wash & 
Show', and the more visible to the public, the better.  Maybe we should 
even have a notice on the local car club events page.

     As to the issue of people getting in the way of judges, I agree 
with Bob that it does not seem to be an issue at Fall Hershey.  However, 
if we are worried about it, maybe we could have a volunteer with each 
judge group who's job it is to ensure that the judges are not bothered 
while they work.
