CORSA 2012: Images for DVD Part 2

Hi Convention People,

Thanks for the suggestions on Internet sources for the DVD images. Unfortunately 
I have discovered that despite being labeled Hi Resolution the images are 
generally not working for the DVD - generally photos on web sites have been 
compressed and are not truly High Resolution.
My own photos, and images sent from Cathy M are working - if anyone is a 
shutterbug and has a good collection of photos from the aforementioned venues, 
please send ASAP.

Folks,

                At out last meeting, I announced that I and all who can
will be making a trip to the host hotel the first weekend in June.  I
have to change that to the second weekend of June.  I plan to go up
there on Friday the 10th of June to meet with the hotel manager and
appropriate staff.  Everyone is welcome to attend.  I'm hoping he will
be available to meet with our convention people the next day. This day
will be very critical to our planning because we will be able to
finalize the use of the facilities. All of this is dependent on the
hotel manager's schedule.  I'll keep you informed.



                We haven't received much in the way of updates on the
specific actions shown in the convention task list. I haven't had a
chance to check to see if we are late on any actions. We're on our
way!!!
