CORSA 2012: images (UNCLASSIFIED)

Jim, Brian is on the road today, at the NECC "Corvair Olympics" in 
Indiana, so I am taking the liberty of replying on his behalf.

Focusing on the host hotel is the correct thing to do.  However, just as 
you have promoted campgrounds, it is probably a good idea to promote the 
ready availability not of "alternate" hotels but of "overflow" hotels.  
Create the impression that even when the host hotel sells out, people 
will still be able to find a room close by.

You need not specify names or locations, just that there are ample 
overflow rooms nearby.
