Jim,  Mike McGowan advised me not to advertise any alternative lodging arrangements until the host hotel is fully booked.  Although Mike is not a member of the CORSA Board, I think that's sound advice.  Your promo will make it obvious that Sturbridge is a big tourist destination which has plenty of lodging available for anybody who wants to look for it.  But I would not cite the name of any specific alternative hotel, B&B or campground.  Al Lacki

The promo movie is almost ready, was it decided at the last meeting that we would not promote  accomodations other than the host hotel, with the exception being Campgrounds? Someone please let me know right away so I can wrap this up and get a DVD to Ken.

Jim, I Googled "New England Images" and a number of sites were listed; many were royalty free.  It looked like a good source to download high resolution pictures of New England.  Try there.  


I might have been zoned out on decongestant but was it mentioned at Saturday's meeting that our 2012 convention details, logo etc would be on the back cover of 
the Denver Convention booklet?   I've seen the "next year's" conventions plugged 
that way before and I think it's a good idea to keep the convention ball 
rolling.  It gives folks a teaser.   If this was mentioned I apologize.    Ray

I will put together a DVD for the Denver publicity booth this week.
If anyone has jpegs of the Host Hotel, The Sturbridge area, Boston, Newport, Stafford Springs, etc, Oh hell, pictures of New England for God's sake, please send them to me ASAP, jforgey4 at yahoo.com. I have photos, but I have learned that 

for something like this, more is better.

Any help is greatly appreciated, also, Brian, if you can send the logo I will open the DVD with that.
