Brian:

The hotel is sending me about 250 of the brochures for handout.  IMHO, I think the folks who want to camp will camp regardless of the hotel cost/capacity and there are many campsite guides available to them.  We'll push the hotel of course anyway.

Regarding the Tricorn hats...a couple sites have then for as low as $7.99 in quantities above 24.  Looks good.  I did not order any...that certainly can wait.

Jim can send the DVD to me and I'll do a trial run on my laptop.  If it isn't too expensive, after this year's convention, why not send a copy of the DVD to the chapters as a promo?
