Hi Jim,

In regards to the "Cruisin' New England" cable TV show with Paul Mennett; not 
that it's'a collection', but Steve Boyden has 3 excellent examples of Corvairs 
plus his LM 500 daily driver coupe.   His newly nut & bolt restored Greenbrier, 
his '69 Candy Tangerine Coupe with the flames that won Cal's pick at the '08 
Clark's Fall Classic and the stunning '63 sedan; Steve's first restoration 
project and it still shows like new.  How many cars does Paul Mennett consider a 
collection?   It's not too bad a drive from his Sandwich location, over the 
Bourne Bridge, up route I-495 to route I-195 to where Steve lives in Rehoboth, 
MA.   Also Steve's 3 car garage shows like a Doctor's office.  It is all 
sheet-rocked and painted with pictures and trophies lining the walls.  Steve's 
very mechanical and would be able to answer any of Paul's questions if they 
taped at his garage.   Steve's phone # is (508) 336-3557.   (They do have a 
computer but Steve rarely uses it. )  Let me know if this works for you.

Hi Guys,

Not sure the message below made it through to the Convention committee so am 
sending again. Would like to get back to Paul Mennett by the weekend or Monday 
with news on a Car Collection he can feature and someone from the convention to 
tape with him. He is based out of Sandwich MA. If someone has an idea please 
send me a note ASAP. This is a great opportunity for a TV feature on the 
Convention.

Good news. I received the reply below from "Cruisin New England" (Cable TV Show 
with Paul Mennett) this AM. Sounds like he is interested in covering the 
convention. Please read and if you have info regarding  a local Car Collection 
and ideas for someone to do the taping with him let me know.

Hi Jim,

Your event sounds interesting. Will there be any memorabilia available at the 
show? Are there any local Corvair owners with a collection that you know of, 
that we could tie into the show? The ideal is to film a collection and then add 
a segment from a show that relates to the collection. If we decide to film, we 
would need someone with us throughout the shoot to interview and help out.
