Hello Brian & Convention Group, 

but I'm sorry everyone but if the next meeting is September 10th, none of the Bay State group will be able to attend as we'll be having our Annual Club Yard / Bake Sale at Cathy McCafferty's that day in North Attleboro, MA. The following weekend is open for us if it can't be changed, we'll see you on 12 November 11. Thanks, Ray 'B'.

Here is a tentative meeting schedule for the planning meetings leading 
up to the convention. It may change due to circumstances not now know. 
Please do all you can to block out these dates. Times and locations will 
be announced as the date for each meeting get close. 



At the 10 September meeting, I will be updating you on what I have 
learned at the Denver convention. Please be prepared to brief us on 
your activities up to that point. Also please look at the convention 
task tracking list on our web site and tell Al lacki of any completed 
actions.
