CORSA 2012: Convention Task List Report

 Attached is an "All-In-One" report that shows all of the action items on the task list.  It an be opened with Adobe Acrobat which is readily available. Let me know if you are unable to open it and I will attempt to send it in another form.

RED font items are  target dates for actions that should have been completed by now. We are entering the home stretch  for the convention. Time will fly by so we need to be very mindful of these actions.  Please review and let Al Lacki know when you have completed them.  If a date needs to be moved let Al know.We have a good turnout planed for our November 19th meeting.  For this and all remaining meetings please try to arrange your schedule so that you not only are available to attend but can stay for the entire meeting. I am meeting with Larry Claypool, the CORSA Convention Coordinator, and Harry Jensen, the Executive Secretary on Friday the 18th to review our plans. They will be sitting in on our meeting the next day  In order to confirm in their minds and the CORSA BOD; I'm asking each person heading up a committee or event to brief them on the progress made so far. If you want to use MS PowerPoint to show information about your area of responsibility, let me know and I will arrange to have computer support available. Let me know if you ahve any questions.
