CORSA 2012: Fw: Re: Convention Task List Report

I saw something similar, the file came in as an OBJ. Seeing what was trying to be done, all I did was to save it and then open it up as a PDF file.

I did not find an adobe acrobat file attached.  I tried to open the url 
below and all I got was jibberish.  The htttp is just the convention email 
info.  What am I missing?
