CORSA 2012: Exhibit Hall Space...

OK.  Th epaln is for two cars to be dispalyed.  One is John Fitchs LM Sprint that he used as a demonstrator. The other is the only Fitch Firebird that was made.  It's a regular early 70's size Firebird worked over by him.
As for other space; we need a table for CORSA merchandise and another for the company that makes the models of the Phoenix and Sprint.  We also need space for Tim Schwartz to dispaly the model cars concours entries.
That's all I can think of right now.  I'm sending this to all in case anyone has any requirements I've missed.

I’m just checking in with you to make sure I have the latest count on all the non vendor stuff going into the indoor vendor area.  I know there was at least one or two display cars I need to make room for and a few other miscellaneous displays too.  What are the cars (and who’s cars are they) that need space in the vendor area?  And what is the latest count on who needs space to display misc. stuff?  I have not gotten any calls yet but I expect to start getting them soon if our advertising went out.  <?xml:namespace prefix = st1 ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:smarttags" />Clarks is the only vendor I’ve spoken with.
 
Also, Ron Manwaring is double checking the total number of available tables that the hotel has…Clarks needs 3O+ tables so I want to be sure we have tables for the rest. Especially if we need to go to the outside to get them…..
