CORSA 2012: After Action reports

They're coming in! Thanks. I should have mentioned that I'm also
looking for recommendations that can be forwarded to next year's folks.
Remember that their location and setup will be different so the
recommendations need to be somewhat general. Not to pick on anyone but
one after action report mentioned that the hospitality room was too
small. Well, yes a bigger one would have been better but that was all
that was available. Next year's folks may be faced wht the same issue
so a recommendation might be to have pop corn or any other advice for
the running of the room.
I'm also looking for recommendations on the role of the CORSA office as
they interface with the local committee. For example, Ray B. send me
the following. It is just the thing I need to help improve this
relationship.

On the other side of the coin, if after 25 years Harry and Mike know
just what info they'd be looking for post-convention then why don't they
shoot the organizers an 'outline log' to fill in as the week is going
along. We could have assigned 1 detail oriented guy to that task so
that by the closing Awards Banquet the last names could be filled in for
every event, every award winner etc and that little booklet of info
could go in their suitcase back to Lemont, IL.
