CORSA 2012: Use of this mailing list

We do in fact have two NECC mailing lists.  One-NECCEXEC-is for official business and only club reps, officers and directors.  The second one-NECCFreinds--is for a selected group of folks who work closely with NECC.  

Who exactly started including the convention list in standard NECC matters is unknown to me and shouldn't be done.

Hello all,

     I've seen a fair amount of traffic about future offerings of the 
NECC come in over the past several days.  While I feel that this 
discussion is valuable and needed, it has little to do with the CORSA 
2012 convention, of which this mailing list was set up for.

     I'd like to suggest a new mailing list be set up with a title along 
the line of "NECC planning"  or a better title that someone comes up 
with.  I'd think that over the next few months (or at least by next 
years convention)  the 2012 convention list would be discontinued.  The 
NECC mailing list would be an ongoing one.  I'm guessing there are many 
on the 2012 convention mailing list who have little interest in the day 
to day discussions of the NECC.
