A good idea.  John, will you take an action to write up a sheet with new comer info.  I'll ask Bob Marlow to help with the edit becasue he has been to a million convnetions.  We will also have the meeting.

Hello everyone,

    I think John's idea is great, except that with people come on 
different schedules,  when to hold this meeting could be an issue.

    As an alternative, we could include a sheet (or a page in the 
program) called something like "First time convention goers survival 
guide" to be included with each registration packet, and available on 
the convention web site as soon as its ready.
