CORSA 2012: Draft Schedule

With my thanks to all who have been working on this.

If I may suggest, do not list the CORSA Annual Meeting and the Ice Cream 
Social as two separate events, one after the other.  The point of the 
Ice Cream Social is to get more members to attend the Annual Meeting, 
which itself is the point of the convention -- the organization is 
legally required to have an annual meeting.

Instead, schedule the combined event to begin at 7:00 or 7:30, so that 
people have time to enjoy dinner on their own, then come to the meeting 
and the dessert.

If we leave it as it is, with the meeting at 6:45, everyone will skip 
the meeting to get dinner and we will have accomplished nothing.

We can easily instruct the CORSA officer to begin the dessert "on time" 
at 8:00 or so, even if there remains more business to be discussed.
