CORSA 2012: Draft Schedule

Whoops -- just noticed the various group meetings on Thursday.  I 
strongly recommend that we pack these meetings into Friday, beginning 
and 9 in the morning and proceeding all day.  Friday is the day that we 
keep everyone at the hotel (with the exception of the Newport tour) and 
it makes sense to schedule these meetings so that we do not force people 
to choose between a meeting and an off-site event like the autocross or 
the road rally.

A conflict with the concours is a non-conflict since it takes place 
right at the hotel.

(By the way, from a scheduling standpoint I view these meeting and tech 
sessions as essentially the same thing -- a "focus group" activity of 
relatively brief duration.)

Admittedly, the draft schedule has the meetings on Thursday starting at 
a time presumed to be after the rally is completed, but I would still 
suggest that we fit as many of them as practicable into Friday before 
using time slots on Thursday.
