Ron:
Another tweak...or two.
Regarding Concours, we'd like to start early on Thursday for the folks not in the Rally. We'd then do Classification for the Rally folks as they return. We'll give these instructions at the Participants meeting on Wednesday.
Soooooo, Thursday would be
Concours Classification and Placement on Concours Field: 1:00 PM to 5:30 PM
Folks can go to meetings...certainly once their vehicle is in place. If Larry Claypool hasn't returned from the Rally and we need to Classify a vehicle that arrived early, we'll place a marker sheet on that vehicle for Larry to classify. No big deal. The shuffling of vehicles will be on Thursday...we'll have time.
For Friday, we are trying to avoid the afternoon heat, soooo
Friday: Concours Set up: 7:30AM-8:30AM
Concours: 8:30AM-1:00 PM
For Friday, the vehicles will already be on the Field. I'd like to drop the extra "official" classification time. If we offered Classification Friday AM I'm afraid too many folks will wait thus delaying the Concours start. The early Classification is only for the stragglers or hardship cases and we'll verbally offer that at the Participants meeting.
Can these adjustments be made....?
Thanks!
