Building on our great meeting; here's the next list of things we need to do.
1.  Our next meeting will be in Sturbridge on March 18th at 10 AM.  At this 
meeting we only need the people working the following areas; Hospitality, Games, 
Booklet,Trophies and the Rally.  If at all possible, I need Ron and Ray to 
attend.  Let me know who can make this meeting.
2.  Dash Plaques:  Roy B. what's the status?  Are they on order?  Money sent? 
3. Track Insurance:  Tom, any news?
4. Schedule:  After great agony, it looks like the schedule is ready to go.  Is 
that the case, Ron?
5.  Sponsor/Booklet ads letter:  I haven't heard any comment or needed changes.  
Is it ready to go?
6. Vendor Letter:  Same situation as above.
