Bob Marlow here in NJ is the guy who can get us some vests.  
Ron Manwaring of CT has the signs we have.  He can bring them to the Feb 18th meeting for you to look at.  I hope they will work becasue we got them for free from the Denver convnetion.  I'm trying to keep the costs down.
NECC has about 8 family band radios we use at the track. They will be avilable.
Any progress on finding a parking place for trailers?

I hope the New Year finds you and yours healthy and happy.
 
I have a few questions concerning my parking plans:
 
Could you give me the name and email info. for the gentleman that indicated he would investigate the availability of safety vests through his police equipment supply business for use by our parking volunteers?
 
At our initial meeting you indicated that parking signage might be available from your local club.  Could you advise if this is a possibility and if so what the   signage consists of and who to contact?  My thought is to have a professionally made “CORSA 2012 Welcome” entrance sign placed at the (easy to miss) hotel entrance as the initial parking aid along with an assigned walkie-talkie equipped volunteer (no lunch required). 
 
Speaking of walkie-talkies, again at our initial meeting your thought was that several radios could become available from your local club.  If this remains a fact please advise.  
 
 
In an effort to collect some cost projections for the parking task I appreciate any info. you could send my way.
